This is a segment of a Klein Bottle. An interesting aspect of this model is that it demonstrates a natural dimensional offset that is a fundamental property of this archetypal form.

I designed this to fit a high end carbon fiber bike. It provides a support point for an existing bike mirror that would normally be mounted on a bike with a tubular frame.

The metal part in the background is time consuming to produce. I designed the part in the foreground to be printed in a few hours as a single piece.

This part precisely fits the hand grip opening for a belt sander. When the sander is turned on its side and dropped over the mounting post, the belt sander becomes an edge sander.

These simple hangers are mounted with a 3M strip to the inside of a kitchen cabinet door and precisely fit this style of measuring cup.

The plastic rack precisely fits the circuit board. The rack slides into the enclosure in the foreground. The enclosure is actually a pair of long levers which allow a user to actuate the left and right buttons of the touchpad with very little effort.
